When Quiksilver decided to start a women's line, it was a gutsy move. The surf market has always been a fickle one. And female surfers, despite their achievements in and out of the water, hadn't drummed up nearly the notoriety nor the community that guys had long enjoyed. Roxy was introduced in 1990 and took immediate success. Roxy’s snow line of outerwear and accessories was first introduced in 1997 and continues with innovative product today. Australian Olympian Torah Bright remains a Roxy rider ambassador with her unique line of outerwear each season.
