It is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to our terms and conditions of trade as stated below.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Our items are shipped by courier so please provide us with a business or street address where someone MUST be present at the delivery address between 9am-5pm to sign for the delivery. If you are not present when delivery is attempted we cannot guarantee it will be re-delivered in a timely manner or at all. It may be returned to us or allocated to a third party company which we have no control over, and a re-delivery fee of $30 may be incurred in some instances. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order online. It is the full responsibility of the receiver to ensure someone is present at the specified delivery address as there will be no compensation by Wayne Ritchie's for lost or missing parcels.

Pick-up in-store - Your click and collect order will typically be ready with 4 hours of placing your online order (during business hours) but this timeframe may differ on weekends and during late night trade periods. PLEASE DO NOT arrive to collect your order until you have received a pick-up confirmation email.

Pre-order items: we cannot provide guaranteed shipping dates but pre-orders are given priority and will be shipped immediately the same day the goods arrive in our warehouse.

We endeavour to keep our extensive online range as up-to-date as possible but if you cannot find what you're looking for, please Contact Us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Wayne Ritchie's Skiers Edge offers free returns for items that are faulty, not as described or shipped incorrectly. Please return the item to us within 14 days of date of purchase and will will issue a refund or replacement. If an item does not fit or the wrong size is ordered it can be returned to us in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping on items that do not fit or have been incorrectly ordered. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are offered at significantly discounted prices so please choose carefully as we WILL NOT accept exchanges or returns on sale items.

To return an item received by Australia Post:
1. Contact us on info@skiersedge.com.au and explain the reasons for your return
2. Once you have received approval to return your item/s.
3. Pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
4. Affix a label to your package. Please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

5. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post because Wayne Ritchie's Skiers Edge will not be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
7. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
8. If your return is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.

To return an item received by TNT Couriers:
1. Contact us on info@skiersedge.com.au and explain the reasons for your return.
2. If your return is approved, we will organize TNT to collect the goods on a date that is convenient with you.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or WILL NOT be accepted. Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked box and in as new condition. When the boxed item is posted back, please ensure you pack the box inside a satchel, please do not stick anything directly on to the outside of the original box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition the exchange or refund may not be accepted.

Once an item has been returned as per the above conditions the refund is processed in full back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for your banking institution to process the refund to your account. Please note: all payments made by AfterPay that are refunded due to change of mind, incorrect size etc will be refunded less the original transaction fee of 6.674%.

* Free returns: we do not charge any return or restocking fees, or shipping fees on faulty and warranty items. Return shipping charges apply for items that do not fit or were incorrectly ordered.
